    AbstractVisualization of uncertainty conditions of a traffic become the main focus of this study. Traffic conditions described by the location data transmitted by mobile based application that is installed on the user's smartphone that cross from Palembang to Inderalaya, vice versa. This data is then displayed using a time-series web dashboard.     Implementation of Design Thinking Methods in Information Systems Academic Guidance at the Information Systems Department Faculty of Computer Science Sriwijaya University

    During their study period, one of the programs provided to students is academic guidance. Academic mentoring is an activity where students consult academic supervisors which aim to help students plan studies and solve study problems, one example is the academic mentoring program at the Information Systems Department, Faculty of Computer Science, Sriwijaya University. However, in practice there are problems experienced by students but they are not detected from the start because of the low monitoring of their academic supervisors which causes delays in graduation. This study aims to produce a prototype design of the Academic Guidance Information System so that it can be used as a platform for monitoring student guidance. The method used is the design thinking method which has 5 stages, namely empathize, define, ideate, prototype and test. At the ideate and prototype stages, the Fogg Behavior Model theory is used as a reference material. Evaluation of the prototype design results using the Maze Design usability tool. Testing uses two test methods, namely the Mission Usability Score (MIUS), Maze Usability Score (MAUS) and System Usability Score (SUS). The MIUS and MAUS tests got a score of 78 and entered the medium/marginal characteristics. The SUS calculation gets a score of 90.25 which leads to the acceptable category with a grade scale (A). The test results were carried out with 1 test iteration to 20 respondents and showed that the design had met the feasibility standard.     SMA 7 Prabumulih is government-owned schools, where the government provides grants to underprivileged students in the schools through scholarships, known as Bantuan Siswa Miskin (BSM) scholarships. All this time in determining scholarship recipients, SMA 7 Prabumulih using paper-based when it will make the scholarship application that made by students, scholars assessment in decision-making is still based on the personal judgment of school staff, as well as in the use of computers has not optimally. The system is still experiencing problems, such as the accuracy of the data, the efficiency of the data, and once the occurrence of errors in decision making. The solution offered is to build a Decision Support System (DSS) the selection of scholarship recipients online. Development system using Evolutionary Prototype. Data processing method using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) in which the criteria are parental income (income fathers, mothers income), occupation of parents (father's occupation, mother's occupation), and number of siblings. Results of the assessment criteria that value grantee criteria weights, which are then used as the result of a decision worthy awardees proposed grantee. It is expected to be built this system, is able to overcome and minimize the occurrence of problems in the previous system.     Di sebuah perusahaan, layanan sangat memengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan. Salah satu SLA (Service Level Agreement) yang PT. PLN (Persero) WS2JB Palembang Area memberikan tentang layanan, yang merupakan durasi waktu pemulihan harus kurang dari 180 menit. Namun dalam kenyataannya, durasi layanan sering melewati SLA. Untuk itu kita dapat mengklasifikasi laporan berdasarkan keterangan kedalam 3 kelompok. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan algoritma Naive Bayes Classifier dalam text mining diketahui bawah laporan yang teklasifikasi dibawah 180 menit ada 64,4% , 34,8% untuk laporan yang terklasifikasi kurang dari 1 hari dan 0,08% untuk laporan yang terklasifikasi lebih dari 1 hari

    Among the KM processes that function to guarantee access to knowledge is knowledge sharing. This process allows knowledge assets and experiences possessed by the organization to be accessed by anyone in the organization. Especially by using IT, this process can be done more optimally by capturing existing knowledge into a system so that this valuable information can be monitored anytime and anywhere. There are times when the knowledge possessed by experts is difficult to capture and represent in the system as in the case of tacit knowledgesuch as instincts, insights, and experiences of the experts. One of the challenges in inventorying these experts is the process of creating expert profiles automatically based on a particular approach. This research create an Expert Locator for lecturers who are considered as experts in their field of research using publication data produced by these lecturers as an indication of their expertise. The search feature is made as an implementation of the extraction results that can be used by other parties to find experts by entering keywords in the form of the desired expertise

    Implementasi Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan pada SMA IT Al-Auliya Menggunakan INLISLITE

    Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (ICT) sebagai sarana dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan operasional telah membawa perubahan yang besar di dunia perpustakaan. Hal ini disadari oleh SMA IT Al-Auliya, terutama untuk pelayanan dalam perpustakaan. Saat ini proses administrasi yang ada di perpustakaan masih manual, tidak menggunakan sistem informasi. Oleh karena itu, perpustakaan SMA IT Al-Auliya perlu untuk implementasi sistem informasi perpustakaan. Implementasi sistem informasi perpustakaan ini menggunakan software open source yaitu INLISLITE karena mudah digunakan dan telah sesuai dengan standar peraturan pemerintah tentang perpustakaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan penelitian ini adalah reuse-based software engineering. Selama proses implementasi, telah dilakukan wawancara untuk mendapatkan kebutuhan pada requirement analysis, lalu pembuatan dokumen spesifikasi aplikasi yang mengikuti kebutuhan perpustakaan, selanjutnya konfigurasi INLISLITE mengikuti dokumen spesifikasi aplikasi yang telah dibuat. User Acceptance Test (UAT) dan training dilakukan dengan pustakawan untuk memastikan aplikasi telah dapat digunakan dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Migrasi data buku perpustakaan dilakukan, dari catatan manual ke dalam aplikasi INLISLITE. Hasil yang didapatkan pada penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi perpustakaan telah terimplementasi pada perpustakaan SMA IT Al-Auliya. Implementasi INLISLITE telah memudahkan proses operasional di perpustakaan, seperti pendaftaran anggota, pencarian buku, peminjaman buku, pengembalian buku, serta pelaporan
